Legal Triplex Project
We were tasked to do a full renovation to this house, an addition towards the back and underpinning was necessary to support the household for the basement. Additionally, a second floor was created since this home was planned to be a legal triplex. Lastly, the main floor was renovated as well to complete it.

Legal Triplex With Extra Floor
For this project a fully renovated triplex apartment house was the end target. We added another floor to this building of which the second and third floor is considered one apartment. The main floor was renovated to a more modern look to match the new second and third floor. Underpinning and waterproofing had to be done to add extra support.
